Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP376. Each is linked with PIGY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGY-to-partner and partner-to-PIGY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP376 grouped by PIGY-low versus PIGY-high in UCEC.
