PIGY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,337 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with PIGY in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGY-to-partner and partner-to-PIGY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II grouped by PIGY-low versus PIGY-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
