PIGX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,994 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP19, PAK2, and RFC4. Each is linked with PIGX in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGX-to-partner and partner-to-PIGX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGX versus CEP19 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
