Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGV protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,219 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGV-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKMT2, DYDC2, and WDR38. Each is linked with PIGV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGV-to-partner and partner-to-PIGV results are reported.
