PIGS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUFIP2, NF1, and KIAA0100. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGS versus NUFIP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
