Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,217 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGU, NFS1, and ERGIC3. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGS versus PIGU in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
