PIGS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-694P, RN7SKP218, and KRTAP19-11P. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-694P grouped by PIGS-low versus PIGS-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
