Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,104 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.
