PIGS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, HRG, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with PIGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGS-to-partner and partner-to-PIGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by PIGS-low versus PIGS-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
