Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGR_S673, PIGR_S735, and PIGR_S682. Each is linked with PIGR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGR-to-partner and partner-to-PIGR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGR versus PIGR_S673 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
