Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, SETP11, and CMA1. Each is linked with PIGQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGQ-to-partner and partner-to-PIGQ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGQ versus HBA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
