PIGQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBF2-AS1, PSMA1, and RAD51C. Each is linked with PIGQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGQ-to-partner and partner-to-PIGQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SBF2-AS1 grouped by PIGQ-low versus PIGQ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
