PIGQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, FAM47A, and PADI6. Each is linked with PIGQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGQ-to-partner and partner-to-PIGQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by PIGQ-low versus PIGQ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
