PIGP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, TCEAL4, and DYNLL2. Each is linked with PIGP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGP-to-partner and partner-to-PIGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
