Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4524B, IGLVI-42, and BPY2DP. Each is linked with PIGP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGP-to-partner and partner-to-PIGP results are reported.
