PIGO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,008 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCP, STOML2, and XRCC1. Each is linked with PIGO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGO-to-partner and partner-to-PIGO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGO versus VCP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
