Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,946 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGO-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYL1, RASAL3, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with PIGO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGO-to-partner and partner-to-PIGO results are reported.
