Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,996 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGO-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCP1, WDR41, and SAAL1. Each is linked with PIGO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGO-to-partner and partner-to-PIGO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPCP1 grouped by PIGO-low versus PIGO-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
