Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGO-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, PDCD4, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PIGO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGO-to-partner and partner-to-PIGO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by PIGO-low versus PIGO-high in UCEC.
