PIGN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,179 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, CTDP1, and TXNL1. Each is linked with PIGN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGN-to-partner and partner-to-PIGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
