The most reproducible PIGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCAML1, RELCH, and VPS4B. Each is linked with PIGN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGN-to-partner and partner-to-PIGN results are reported.
