Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY9P, CDY3P, and APOOP4. Each is linked with PIGN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGN-to-partner and partner-to-PIGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
