Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1-1, SLC25A15P2, and MIR4533. Each is linked with PIGM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGM-to-partner and partner-to-PIGM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD1-1 grouped by PIGM-low versus PIGM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
