PIGK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,404 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERGIC3, SMC3, and SIRT1. Each is linked with PIGK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGK-to-partner and partner-to-PIGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGK versus ERGIC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
