Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PIGK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGK-to-partner and partner-to-PIGK results are reported.
