PIGK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,449 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Attachment of GPI anchor to protein, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with PIGK in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGK-to-partner and partner-to-PIGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Attachment of GPI anchor to protein grouped by PIGK-low versus PIGK-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
