Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, UTP15, and XPO1. Each is linked with PIGF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGF-to-partner and partner-to-PIGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGF versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
