Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF13, MIR133B, and PRAMEF28P. Each is linked with PIGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGF-to-partner and partner-to-PIGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF13 grouped by PIGF-low versus PIGF-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
