Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEB, DUX4L46, and RNU6-444P. Each is linked with PIGC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGC-to-partner and partner-to-PIGC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEB grouped by PIGC-low versus PIGC-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
