Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, AVPR1B, and CFHR2. Each is linked with PIGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGC-to-partner and partner-to-PIGC results are reported.
