The most reproducible PIGBOS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Negative regulation of polyamine transmembrane transport, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with PIGBOS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGBOS1-to-partner and partner-to-PIGBOS1 results are reported.
