PIGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,283 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L3, APAF1, and ZDHHC17. Each is linked with PIGAP1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PIGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIGAP1 versus GAS2L3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
