Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN2, TUFT1, and UBE2Q1. Each is linked with PIF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIF1 versus TSEN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
