Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with PIF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIF1 results are reported.
