PIEZO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIEZO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIEZO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, MMRN2, and CD248. Each is linked with PIEZO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIEZO2-to-partner and partner-to-PIEZO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIEZO2 versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIEZO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIEZO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
