Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIEZO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIEZO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RER1, DAPK3, and USP38. Each is linked with PIEZO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIEZO2-to-partner and partner-to-PIEZO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RER1 grouped by PIEZO2-low versus PIEZO2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIEZO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIEZO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
