PIEZO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIEZO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,588 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIEZO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLIT3, FKBP9, and CPEB1. Each is linked with PIEZO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIEZO2-to-partner and partner-to-PIEZO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIEZO2 versus SLIT3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIEZO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIEZO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
