Across TCGA patient cohorts, PID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, JAM2, and ABCA8. Each is linked with PID1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PID1-to-partner and partner-to-PID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PID1 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
