Across TCGA patient cohorts, PID1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with PID1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PID1-to-partner and partner-to-PID1 results are reported.
