PICALM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICALM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICALM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, MRM3, and PTCD3. Each is linked with PICALM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICALM-to-partner and partner-to-PICALM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PICALM versus TLN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
