Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PICALM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,904 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PICALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, PDE1B, and GAB3. Each is linked with PICALM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICALM-to-partner and partner-to-PICALM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PICALM versus ATP8B4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
