Across TCGA cell cohorts, PICALM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,409 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICALM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Cellular response to abiotic stimulus. Each is linked with PICALM in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICALM-to-partner and partner-to-PICALM results are reported.
