PICALM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PICALM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PICALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, SMIM9, and SCYGR10. Each is linked with PICALM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PICALM-to-partner and partner-to-PICALM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by PICALM-low versus PICALM-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PICALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PICALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
