Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIBF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,096 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf116, CFAP221, and DNAH9. Each is linked with PIBF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIBF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIBF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIBF1 versus C9orf116 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
