Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,703 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIS3, GPALPP1, and BORA. Each is linked with PIBF1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIBF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIBF1 versus DIS3 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
