Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,048 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIBF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, DNA gap filling, Negative regulation of tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT protein, and Non-motile cilium assembly. Each is linked with PIBF1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIBF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIBF1 results are reported.
