PIBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPB42, OR52K2, and OR52K1. Each is linked with PIBF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIBF1-to-partner and partner-to-PIBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPB42 grouped by PIBF1-low versus PIBF1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
