Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIAS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCLN, CHAF1A, and LMNB2. Each is linked with PIAS4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS4-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIAS4 versus NCLN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
