Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIAS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,637 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PIAS4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS4-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to chromatin grouped by PIAS4-low versus PIAS4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
