Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIAS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL5, LGALS13, and OBP2A. Each is linked with PIAS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIAS4-to-partner and partner-to-PIAS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 grouped by PIAS4-low versus PIAS4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIAS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIAS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
